Addressing unsafe driving behavior is a top priority for most fleets – if an unsafe driver causes an accident, the fleet will be held liable. Fleets often look to a driver’s motor vehicle record (MVR) to determine if that driver has a safe driving history. However, many tickets, such as red-light and speed camera violations, do not appear on MVRs in most states, creating a significant blind spot, or liability gap, for the fleet.
This webinar will provide details about the growth of traffic cameras, explaining how the technology works and discuss ways enhanced violation management techniques can help fleets identify all unsafe drivers and effectively close the liability gap.
