SC Fuels is pleased to announce our acquisition of DeWitt Petroleum, as of April 30, 2015. DeWitt Petroleum is a fuel distributor providing fleet card, bobtail, onsite, and lubrication products and services throughout Southern California. Our entire organization and combined customer base will benefit from this acquisition as we continue to expand within the markets we serve. Both SC Fuels and DeWitt Petroleum place a high value on providing our customers with an expanded range of product offerings and services with best in class, local customer service. We have hired the vast majority of DeWitt Petroleum employees and we are excited to add them to the SC Fuels family. In addition to growing our fleet card customer base, we are gaining 12 cardlock sites, setting our total count to 49 locations throughout California and Arizona. Our Commercial team is looking forward to the new customers in their onsite, bobtail, and lubes business segments. SC Fuels was founded in 1930 and DeWitt Petroleum was founded in 1945. Our combined years of experience will allow us to continue to provide outstanding local customer service. We are also pleased to report John DeWitt, CEO of DeWitt Petroleum, has accepted an invitation to sit on the SC Fuels Advisory Board of Directors. Our mission is to continue to provide the high level of customer service both SC Fuels and DeWitt Petroleum customers expect and deserve.
