ARI Named Finalist to Top Workforce Training List

ARI has made the list for Training magazine's annual Top 125 that ranks companies' excellence in employer-sponsored training and development programs, the fleet management company has announced.

Now in its 16th year, the Training Top 125 ranking is determined by assessing a range of factors including financial investment in employee development, the scope of development programs, and how closely such development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives.

"Professional development is a year-around activity at ARI," said Kristina Nicoles, ARI's director of human resources. "We understand that creating an ongoing learning environment is the key to sustaining our competitive advantage and creating an environment that is professionally rewarding."

One of 28 newcomers to the list, ARI will learn where it ranked at the black-tie awards gala on Feb. 15 during the Training 2016 Conference & Expo from Feb. 15-17 in Orlando, Fla.

"The 2016 Training Top 125 winners have found the recipe for success," said Lorri Freifeld Training magazine's editor-in-chief. "They utilize innovative methods to deliver training and engage learners; they link training to the achievement of corporate strategic goals; and, most important, they measure the results."

ARI's training and development program includes ARI University, which offers more than 160 instructor-led workshops and more than 250 available training courses, career action plans for individual development and full tuition reimbursement.
