Wesley and Cathy Loflin out of Plainview, Texas, own “Starcar,” this 2015 Western Star 4900 with 120-inch ARI Legacy custom sleeper. The truck features a Detroit DD16 and an Eaton-Fuller transmission. The wrap was done by Wrapaholic in Springfield, Mo., and features the couple’s 6-year-old pug, Mr. Tubbs. Custom work on the truck include headlight guards, half fenders and a headache box. The Loflin’s are leased to Mercer Transportation out of Louisville, Ky., and pull a flatbed, hauling anything from military freight to plastic pipe and insulation. They run the southern half of the country from California to South Carolina.
