ARI had their highest ranking yet, coming in at Number 24. This honor is a direct reflection on the tremendous quality of the people, the passion for excellence they demonstrate on behalf of their clients, and the positive energy they build with their colleagues. The company says its Partners In Excellence program, led by a committee of staff members, is “the glue that holds ARI together.” PIE committee members conduct monthly team and department communications and recognition meetings.
Employees who submit cost-saving or revenue-generating ideas are entered into a quarterly raffle to win a vacation day or, if their suggestion is implemented, share in the projected savings or revenues it creates, from $200 to $15,000.
