Mike Boggs presents ‘Car loses it driving too fast on black ice.’

I was going across central Illinois early one morning. There was some black ice in the road. I was just moving into the left lane to pass some slower vehicles when this young lady came around me driving too fast for the conditions and loses it when she comes up on the slower vehicles ahead. She was unhurt in the accident.
