Toyota has added more standard technology to its 2017 Camry in a light update after it entered its seventh generation with the 2015 refresh.

The 2017 Camry adds standard Entune Audio Plus multimedia system with the Connected Navigation app and JBL Audio to the the XLE and XSE grades. The XLE, XSE four-cylinder and XLE Hybrid now also come standard with Qi Wireless Smartphone Charging for compatible phones.

Toyota offers the Camry in four grades, including LE, XLE, SE, and XSE. Three powertrain choices include a 178-horsepower 2.5L four-cylinder engine; 268-horsepower 3.5L V-6 and the Hybrid model that's expected to offer a 40 mpg combined rating, according to Toyota.

The Camry's fuel economy ratings shouldn't change. The four-cylinder Camry has been rated at 24 mpg in the city and 33 mpg on the highway, while the V-6 Camry provides 21 mpg in the city and 30 mpg on the highway.

Pricing remains at 2016-MY levels with the base model four-cylinder LE starting at $23,070. The Camry Hybrid LE starts at $26,790.
