POLL: If any, what top speed should the speed limiter rule require?

Last week's notice of proposed rulemaking on speed limiters from NHTSA/FMCSA looked at 60, 65 and 68 mph in its analysis, but requested comments on speeds from stakeholders. What's your view of where speed should be set, if at all? Weigh in here.
