Ford has updated the names of its Transit full-size van and Transit Connect compact van for the 2018 model year.
The cargo Transit will now be known as the Transit Cargo Van, while the passenger variant will be known as the Transit Passenger Van.
The cargo Transit Connect will now be known as the Transit Connect Cargo Van, while the passenger variant will be known as the Transit Connect Passenger Van.
In earlier model years, Ford had referred to its passenger vans as wagons.
