Trump selects Washington insider Elaine Chao as DOT Secretary

President-elect Donald Trump has chosen Elaine Chao to be his Secretary of Transportation, the head of the U.S. Department of Transportation. Chao served as President George W. Bush's Secretary of Labor for the entirety of Bush's presidency. She's also the wife of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.
