Montana temporarily relaxes hours-of-service regulations for certain truckers

Winter weather prompted Montana Gov. Steve Bullock to issue an emergency declaration, allowing drivers hauling propane, heating oil and diesel fuel in Montana to waive hours-of-service regulations.
