Nissan will offer the Rogue Sport as a 2017 model-year compact SUV that will add a smaller model to the Rogue lineup when it arrives in the spring.
Nissan has already revamped its Rogue lineup for 2017 with an extensive redesign of the Rogue and the addition of a hybrid model. In 2016, the Rogue surpassed the Altima as Nissan's top seller.

The Rogue Sport will be powered by direct-injection 2.0L inline 4-cylinder engine that makes 141 hp. It will be offered in similar trim levels, including the S, SV, and SL grades.
Rogue Sport offers available safety technologies including Forward Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Intelligent Cruise Control, Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Forward Emergency Braking.
