Obamacare change ahead, but existing insurance system likely to hold through 2017

Bill Zenk of TrueNorth's TrueChoices private insurance marketplace for owner-operators believes big change is unlikely before 2018, potentially affecting the penalty for tax year 2017. Eventually, he guesses, the individual mandate to carry insurance likely will be on the chopping block.
