Trump talks to ‘friend in trucking,’ proposes $1 trillion infrastructure spending package

In his first address to Congress, President Trump asked lawmakers for a $1 trillion infrastructure investment. Earlier this week, Trump said he consulted with a friend in trucking, who told him U.S. highways cause his trucks to be "just beat to hell."
