Arkansas adopts human trafficking prevention course requirement for CDL holders

Legislation was passed this month to require drivers wanting to obtain or renew a Class A CDL to take a course administered by either the Arkansas State Police, a state police-approved third party or through the online course offered by Truckers Against Trafficking.
