Legislation reportedly in the works to allow commercial services at public rest areas

Congressman Jim Banks (R-Ind.) is reportedly seeking co-sponsors for a bill that would allow interstate rest areas to add commercial services such as convenience stores and restaurants, according to truck stop owner advocate group NATSO.
