Owner-operators can dispute certain crash rulings in CSA beginning next week

Crashed deemed to be non-preventable during the pilot program will still appear in the Compliance, Safety, Accountability Safety Measurement System, but will have a note stating FMCSA reviewed the crash and determined it was non-preventable.
