I was westbound on I-70 coming up on Terre Haute Indiana, when I saw the lights of the ISP trooper. I moved to the left lane. If you watch the right fender mirror, you see the trooper come out from behind the car he pulled over, right beside me! The video continues as you see him pull over another car for not moving over to the left lane.
