NETS: 2017 Strength in Numbers Annual Conference

A hallmark of past NETS conferences has been the sharing of best practices across industry sectors enabling participants to benefit from a wide variety of road safety perspectives and successful implementation strategies.

This year’s event will include a number of leadership-themed presentations which are sure to resonate with attendees. Leadership partners who support road safety programs of all sizes and maturity levels are also encouraged to attend the conference in order to benefit from these presentations.
An exciting addition to this year’s proceedings will also be the opportunity to travel to the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) / Highway Loss Data Institute (HLDI) Vehicle Research Center (VRC)to witness a “live” car-to-car crash test and participate in numerous hands-on vehicle demonstrations.
With employers placing increased emphasis on vehicle crash and integrity ratings, this hands-on field trip presents an excellent opportunity for road safety professionals to also invite personnel from their organization’s fleet leasing and procurement divisions as vehicle selection and decision-making is often a collaborative effort between each of these groups.
