Caroline Sandall was appointed director at ESE UK Consulting in the UK. ESE Consulting is a comprehensive automotive consultancy service offering support with commercial strategy and sales management, from managing fleet policy and tender processes, product development, market research, and supplier reviews to talent assessment and succession planning. Sandall joined ESE Consulting in July.
Previously, Sandall was the long-time fleet manager for Barclays, where she worked from 2005 to 2017. Earlier, she was the fleet & travel manager for Orange Business Services, an information technology and services company, from 1994 to 2005.
Sandall continues as the deputy chairman of the Association of Car Fleet Operators (ACFO), the largest fleet organization in the UK and a member of the Global Fleet Networking Consortium that is comprised of five fleet associations: ACFO, AfMA in Australia, Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association, AMAV (the Mexican Vehicle Leasing Association), and the China Road Transport Association.
