Trucking rap sheet: Drivers must retest after Florida CDL testing scheme

Truckers tested after Jan. 1, 2017, by Key Power Driving School in Florida will be required to retest for their CDL after the discovery of a testing scheme. A man was also sentenced for running a USDOT number scheme, and a man pleaded guilty to illegally hauling hazmat.
