Todd Spencer takes the helm as OOIDA president

The Board of Directors for the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association on Thursday voted unanimously voted to approve Todd Spencer as OOIDA's new president. He's been elected to a five-year term and was sworn in as president last week.
