FMCSA allows personal conveyance use from a shipper/receiver to a parking location

The FMCSA finalized changes to guidance around the 150-air-mile-radius ag hours of service exemption and use of the personal conveyance provision. Most significantly, off-duty travel to a safe resting location when out of hours (or not) at a shipper/receiver is newly allowed.
