How to Create a More Fulfilled Life

As we enter another month and another season, I want to ask you some questions.

What is your WHY? Why do you do what you do? Why did you choose your career? Why did you choose your company? Why do you wake up each day and put your time into work?

Your why is all about your motives. Who are you and why do you do what you do?

Consider this: Do you go to work just to pay the bills or pay your mortgage or do you go to work because you want to make an impact? Impact is defined as the action of one object coming forcibly into contact with another.

Wouldn’t you love to know each and every day you are making a positive impact to the lives and organizations you have been entrusted with? Think about people like Nelson Mandela, Bill Gates, Henry Ford — they made an impact with their life’s journey.

Yes, they made a world-changing impact, but do you know you and I can have the same type of positive impact in our sphere of influence?

Choose today to become more impactful to those around you. What does that look like? What’s that extra or more you can give? More time, more focus, more energy. Or maybe it’s simply more love and more compassion.

You know you and you know those around you. Choose to live each and every day with impact on your mind. Who can you go impact today? You choose.
