Crash sends truck into Chesapeake Bay, driver still believed missing

Officials, who say they believe there were two people in the truck, located the rig in the bay early Saturday morning after it went through the guardrail of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel. Only one body has been recovered. The report states officials do not believe the body is that of the truck’s driver.
