Hours regs suspended for 11 states and D.C. for Hurricane Florence; S.C. reversing highways for coastal evacuations

FMCSA's declaration includes Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and Delaware, along with D.C. I-26 out of Charleston and Highway 501 out of Myrtle Beach are being reversed at noon Tuesday to flow eastbound.
