Mark Hazelwood, former Pilot Flying J president, sentenced to 12.5 years in prison in fuel rebate scheme

In addition to the 12.5-year prison sentence, Hazelwood has been ordered to pay $750,000. Hazelwood headed the company while it allegedly systematically defrauded trucking companies for nearly a decade in diesel purchasing contracts.
