Winter weather prompts Pennsylvania, New Jersey to issue truck bans

Pennsylvania has issued a full truck ban on I-99 and a portion of I-70, along with an empty- and double-trailer ban on most of the major highways in the state. New Jersey has banned trucks on I-287, I-80, I-280, I-78, I-295, I-195, I-676 and I-76.
