Trucker Colin young was westbound on I-70 nearing entrance to the Eisenhower Tunnel in Colorado. As he noted with the video entry in Ovedrive's "Dashcam Central" repository for reader-submitted dash vids, the "road was closed for emergency repairs, but evidently it’s OK to pass on the shoulder if you’re behind an ambulance."
