FMCSA issues shutdown order to driver for drug charges, failed drug tests

FMCSA has issued an imminent hazard out-of-service order, an effective permanent shutdown order, to South Dakota-licensed truck driver Clayton Virgil Hall for failing multiple drug tests for amphetamine use and for being convicted of possession of cocaine and amphetamine.
