Fleets and drivers can now register for user accounts in the CDL Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse, which creates a database of drivers who've failed or refused a drug test. Wabco introduced Wednesday a new blind spot detection system for trailers, dubbed TailGuard, that  will deploy active braking to prevent rearward collisions.
