POLL: Ever filed on a broker’s bond over nonpayment on an intrastate load?

We've seen more than one instance of late on in-a-single-state moves where surety-bond claims after a broker's nonpayment come back invalid, uncovered -- to say nothing of the same on loads of exempt commodities. What's been your experience filing on bonds for intrastate loads, such as it may be?
