Robert Eugene “Bob” Walser Sr., 86, of Linwood, N.C., well-known for his generosity to drivers, passed Saturday. Walser owned and operated Bill's Truck Stop at I-85 exit 86, for 60 years. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, October 15, at Churchland Baptist Church in Linwood.
