A catch-22 in over-the-road access to help

Owner-operator, truckers' chaplain and life coach Clifford Petersen encountered this situation when he tried to refer an over-the-road hauler he was counseling to a licensed practitioner -- it seemed next-to-impossible to find one who could offer teletherapy to local haulers when they were over the road, outside the state.
