A truck driver was shot in the leg while driving on Interstate 94 in Chicago Wednesday night, according to ABC-7 in Chicago.
According to the news outlet, officers responded to a report of shots fired on the Bishop Ford Freeway near 130th Street on Chicago’s Far South Side around 8:30 p.m. At least two bullet holes were seen on the passenger side of the truck, according to ABC-7.
The 29-year-old truck driver was taken to a local hospital and is in stable condition, ABC-7 has reported.
Illinois State POlice and Chicago police are looking for the gunman, as well as investigating whether the incident was one of road rage.
