Floods close I-10 at Texas-Louisiana border; I-75 Tenn. rock slide update

Both directions of Interstate 10 at the Texas-Louisiana state line are closed Wednesday morning due to flooding of the Sabine River; I-75 in Tenn. -- SB lanes open after rock slide. NB lanes remain closed.
