Driving Dynamics President Art Liggio will discuss E-Z Coaching Techniques for Non-Safety Professionals at the 2016 Fleet Safety Conference later this month at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel in Schaumburg, Ill.
Liggio's session is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. on July 20.
In this session, Liggio, a risk and insurance management executive with broad experience helping businesses manage risk and mitigate losses, will share a coaching method designed to remove the barriers of communication between a supervisor and fleet driver regarding issues that can directly put that driver at risk, according to the company.
The learning objectives of this presentation will include personalizing and using risk management data in a one-to-one format; understanding the five levels of communication; using open-ended questions; and implementing a four-step coaching process.
