Trump promises big on highway funding, could open door to more tolls and privatization

Trump said on the campaign trail he wants $1 trillion invested in U.S. infrastructure. Though he was mum on specifics, he did say he intends to incentivize private businesses to invest in infrastructure projects by offering them tax break. Such privatization of U.S. roads could lead to more tolls, says OOIDA's Todd Spencer.
