FCA Fleet and Business in the United Kingdom has appointed ROI to support its operations with a dedicated 30-strong sales team, including a team of field sales managers, dealer coaches, lead generation, fleet support, and a business center.
The move is part of a major investment to further develop, expand, and enhance FCA’s corporate sales offering, which represents Fiat, Fiat Professional, Abarth, Jeep, and Alfa Romeo, the company announced.
The agreement calls for ROI to focus on day-to-day sales activity, CRM, and growing volumes, allowing the FCA team to focus on developing key relationships, strengthening offers and improving the customer experience.
“With the recent addition of new products like the Fullback pickup, Talento van, Fiat Tipo and Alfa Romeo Giulia, we now represent one of the broadest and most desirable product ranges in the marketplace. Our continued investment in our fleet services and the appointment of ROI is part of our strategy to make us the best in the industry and to ensure we become a manufacturer of choice for fleet operators and company car drivers,” said Francis Bleasdale, fleet and remarketing director at FCA UK.
