Trucker who rescued fellow driver from flood named Highway Angel of the Year

Daniel Sieczkarski of Rochester, N.Y., a driver for Melton Truck Lines out of Tulsa, Okla., has been named the 2016 Highway Angel of the Year for rescuing another truck driver from rising flood waters last April in Houston.
