Infiniti has begun building its 2018 Q50 mid-size luxury sedan at its plant in Tochigi, Japan, the automaker has announced.
The vehicle is expected to arrive at U.S. dealerships later in the summer. Production began on June 1.
Infiniti has said it will add its ProPilot self-driving system to the 2018 Q50, as well as a refreshed interior and two distinct exterior looks so the Sport variants stand out from the Pure and Luxe models.
