10 found dead in tractor-trailer in Texas as part of apparent human smuggling operation

Though the incident appears to be an attempt to smuggle migrants into the U.S., local police have said it is being considered a human trafficking crime. Nearly 40 people were found in the trailer in San Antonio on Saturday.
