CRST, EEOC appear headed to court in case over driver with emotional support dog

A truck driver trainee and military veteran at CRST said the carrier denied him employment because he used a service dog to help treat his PTSD. The carrier, however, says the dog was not prescribed, didn't appear trained and did not qualify as a protected service animal.
