Following a court’s dismissal of the case in January, OOIDA has filed a motion for the U.S. Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals to rehear its argument that FMCSA illegally altered sleep apnea screening guidelines for truck drivers. FMCSA refutes OOIDA's assertions, and the court sided with FMCSA in January.
