Truck bans issued in three states as another winter storm hammers Northeast

States have banned trucks from using the Pennsylvania Turnpike's east-west main line, I-78 and I-80 in New Jersey, among other highways, and I-95, I-84 and more in New York. The bans are in effect until the storm passes through the region.
