Trucker who saved motorist after grisly accident named 35th Goodyear Highway Hero

When an SUV ran into the back of a parked roll-off truck, Frank Vieira stopped his truck to help and found SUV driver's neck had been pierced by a piece of broken steering wheel. He applied pressure to the wound, called 911 and was able to save the driver's life.
