House DOT bill further delays ELDs for livestockers, blocks state-mandated driver breaks

If the bill passes, livestock and bee haulers would be exempt from ELD compliance until the end of September 2019. Lawmakers are also using the bill as yet another avenue to pursue the so-called Denham Amendment.
