Motus CEO Craig Powell was named Executive of the Year – Medium and Large Companies category in the Best in Biz Awards 2018 International. Best in Biz, which honors companies, teams, executives, and products worldwide for their business successes, recognized Craig for leading Motus through a successful merger and acquisition of Runzheimer to turn the company into the dominant market platform for cutting-edge mobile workforce solutions.
Craig was selected based on his visionary leadership both prior to and following the merger and acquisition. As more people take to the road to do their jobs, traditional fleet management solutions and expense solutions are falling short for mobile professionals and the companies that employ them. Close to 300 public and private companies from all sectors of the global economy and more than 35 countries competed in Best in Biz Awards’ 6th annual International program. Winners were determined based on scoring from an independent panel of judges hailing from a wide spectrum of top-tier publications and media outlets and from 12 countries. Each year, only editors, writers, and contributors to business, consumer, financial, trade and technology publications, as well as broadcast outlets and analyst firms, are invited to serve as judges in Best in Biz Awards.
