Identical bills were introduced in the Virginia House and Senate that would establish tolls on I-81.. Truckers would pay a maximum of $55.25 to cross the state in one direction, while car drivers would only be charged two-thirds that amount. Additionally, car drivers would could reduce toll costs by purchasing an annual pass.
