Virginia increases registration fees, diesel taxes to fund I-81 improvements

The Virginia General Assembly adopted Wednesday, April 3, a recommendation from Gov. Ralph Northam that will increase vehicle registration fees for all trucks weighing more than 10,000 pounds.
